About the Role

We are a business-to-business support service for independent mental healthcare businesses, helping providers service a growing client base by providing administrative and organizational services related to lead-generation, marketing, billing, and payments. Our teams support over 2,000 mental health providers serving more than 25,000 clients weekly across 15 locations in 5 states and virtually via Telehealth. We have built the Mindful Therapy Group brand with a focus on solving complex mental healthcare processes through innovative solutions, creating a platform geared toward growth, and improving access to high-quality mental healthcare. The CRM Product Specialist role involves leading the development, customization, and optimization of ZOHO CRM and related applications to enhance operational efficiency and growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary owner and subject matter expert for ZOHO CRM and related ZOHO One applications such as Sign, Survey, Analytics, Campaigns, and Recruit.
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of custom ZOHO CRM module solutions using Deluge scripting.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical specifications, and deliver tailored CRM workflows, automations, and dashboards.
  • Manage end-to-end ZOHO CRM implementations, including data migration, system configuration, user training, and post-launch support.
  • Integrate ZOHO CRM with third-party platforms using APIs, Webhooks, JavaScript, Python, and HTML/CSS.
  • Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and continuously optimize CRM processes to improve user experience and data integrity.
  • Collaborate with vendors and ZOHO support to resolve technical issues and ensure timely delivery of enhancements.
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including SOPs, user guides, and system architecture diagrams.
  • Conduct post-project reviews to evaluate outcomes, gather feedback, and implement improvements for future initiatives.

Requirements

  • Experience with ZOHO CRM and related ZOHO applications.
  • Proficiency in Deluge scripting for custom module development.
  • Ability to gather requirements, translate business needs into technical solutions, and implement workflows and automations.
  • Experience with system integration using APIs, Webhooks, JavaScript, Python, and HTML/CSS.
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to optimize CRM processes.
  • Excellent documentation skills for creating SOPs, user guides, and system diagrams.

Nice to Have

  • Experience working with third-party platform integrations.
  • Knowledge of healthcare or mental health industry workflows.
  • Experience with project management and post-implementation reviews.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience with CRM systems, preferably ZOHO CRM.
  • Technical proficiency in scripting and API integrations.
