The role of Revenue Enablement Analyst, Data Product Manager in the Neuromodulation division involves creating data and reporting capabilities, driving process improvements, and supporting revenue growth in a fast-paced environment. The position is hybrid based in Valencia, CA, with consideration for candidates in MN or MA.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and deliver a comprehensive data product roadmap that outlines the vision, goals, and strategic direction for data management and analytics products, updating it based on evolving business needs, technological advancements, and market trends.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and understand business needs for data, translate them into use cases, and prioritize a plan based on strategic goals and value.
  • Help streamline data flows to create a single source of truth for data, troubleshoot data flow discrepancies and accuracy issues, and problem solve data opportunities.
  • Lead the community of data experts within the division, enforce data governance policies, develop standardized reporting frameworks, and manage the data dictionary and KPI lexicon.
  • Harness existing reporting and visualization tools to craft analytical reports and insights, and lead the development of innovative reporting tools and technologies.
  • Leverage digital tools and platforms to automate and streamline processes, and implement sales enablement technologies to improve efficiency.
  • Identify and implement process improvements, develop SOPs, data definitions, and process maps, and work with cross-functional teams to ensure process consistency.
  • Exhibit project management capabilities, ensure timely project delivery, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and liaise with IT partners.
  • Provide timely, accurate, and efficient support for team and stakeholder requests, demonstrating operational excellence and responsiveness.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, marketing, data analytics, or a related field.
  • 5 years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, sales enablement, commercial IT, or related functions.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a data analyst or in a similar role, with experience in SQL, Python, VBA, SAS, Tableau Prep, Alteryx, cloud environments (AWS, Snowflake), and modern data architecture principles.
  • 2+ years of experience with analytical visualization tools such as Tableau, QlikView, or others.
  • Expert-level experience with back-office applications, including Excel and MS Access.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise platforms (SAP, Anaplan, Model N, Conga) and CRM capabilities (SFDC).
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills to work with all organizational levels and articulate data strategies.
  • Proven track record of managing complex data-driven products or solutions and translating business needs into scalable data solutions.
  • Deep understanding of industry trends, market needs, and the competitive landscape in data and analytics.
  • Experience building product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and driving cross-functional alignment.
  • Ability to own and manage projects end-to-end.
  • Desire to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, cross-functional environment.
  • Ability to travel up to 20% domestically.

Nice to Have

  • Commercial back-office experience in the medical device or life sciences industry.
  • Knowledge of Boston Scientific commercial systems and processes.
  • Prior experience implementing data-driven AI or generative AI use cases and other digital platforms.
  • Experience applying statistical modeling and predictive analytics.
  • Proven analytical and problem-solving expertise.
  • Experience in process mapping and documentation.
  • Proven ability to influence change.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in revenue or sales operations.
  • Experience with data tools such as SQL, Python, VBA, SAS, Tableau Prep, Alteryx, cloud environments, and data architecture.
