Customer Account Representative

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences through 'white glove' service in stores and customers' homes, including obtaining new rental orders via phone and on the sales floor.
• Assist with deliveries and pickups by safely loading/unloading and installing products, following handling and transportation procedures, and maintaining vehicle cleanliness and proper maintenance.
• Maintain an inviting store environment by organizing products, refurbishing merchandise to like-new condition, and keeping the showroom clean and dust-free.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record, with the ability to drive company vehicles.
• Ability to lift and move products such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Great communication and customer service skills.
