Key Responsibilities

  • Develop strategic and winning relationships with assigned accounts.
  • Focus on business development and divisional wins such as displays, distribution gains, and ACV enhancement.
  • Establish strong working relationships with internal teams including Customer Strategy, Finance, and Customer Service.
  • Understand the customers' go-to-market model including Category Management strategy.
  • Deliver target budget plan and new product distribution goals.
  • Execute brand and category growth strategies aligned with the customer.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth and develop strategic written sales plans in accordance with corporate goals.
  • Maintain understanding of customer objectives and liaise with RVP to develop operational plans to manage execution and measure results.
  • Foster and grow existing and new relationships within accounts, gaining insight into current and potential future needs.
  • Educate business partners on products, retail goals, and success measurement.
  • Deliver customer presentations demonstrating innovation, shelf positioning, promotions, and pricing.
  • Manage daily business operations including UPC product/item setup, maintenance, logistics, and inventory management.
  • Sell-in new products and promotions to qualified retailers, ensuring full-line distribution.
  • Work with customers to implement retail initiatives and monitor standards.
  • Manage ongoing contracts to strengthen market position and strategic alignment.
  • Input trade investment data into systems (TIM and Osprey), manage trade funds, and perform sales forecasting.
  • Handle trade management and budget processing to ensure strong ROI.
  • Conduct monthly reporting, sales analytics, and insights to maximize sales efficiency.
  • Perform other duties as required.
  • Manage P&L within respective account coverage.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business or related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience; minimum 2 years managing large customers desired.
  • Sales experience in Value or Specialty retail channels preferred.
  • Experience in consumer goods and vitamins and supplements preferred.
  • Experience using syndicated data to determine customer needs and establish effective pricing and promotional activities.
  • Knowledge of project management and managing projects in a fast-moving environment.
  • Relationship management skills and experience working with partners to build initiatives.
  • Strong cross-functional relationship skills with assigned accounts.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Educational background in business or related field (preferred).
  • Experience managing large customers and in retail channels.
