About the Role

The Databricks Global Alliance Relationship Director (ARD) at EY is responsible for managing the day-to-day aspects of the EY-Databricks alliance relationship, including collaboration, governance, program oversight, contracts, compliance, and performance intelligence. This role involves working with global teams across multiple EY service lines and sectors to execute alliance strategies, facilitate relationships, and drive results, contributing to EY's broader mission of building a better working world through innovative, digitally transformed solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute Databricks Global alliance strategy and objectives
  • Facilitate top to top Databricks Global relationships and program management to mobilize on big strategic bets, accelerate field engagement, and drive action including executing Global Governance Activities
  • Drive results through disciplined, industrialized Global wide governance with clear accountability across Global level Service Line/practice, sectors, accounts/regions and Databricks counterparts
  • Execute Databricks Global Business Reviews feeding insights into Global Databricks Alliance executives
  • Deploy Databricks partner programs into Global, driving local activation and compliance
  • Gain access to Databricks Global level programs, coordinating with Global Databricks ARD to secure required approvals
  • Deliver alliance intelligence with complete and accurate Financial reporting, Databricks impact/influence
  • Activate new countries and regions ensuring proper governance is in place, e.g., supporting business plans, executive relationships, operating cadence and enabling alliance contracts
  • Drive Compliance with internal policies and requirements
  • Collaborate with Market Enablement team to define Marketing messaging and materials for Global level execution
  • Contribute to the Global Alliance and Ecosystem Relationship network by sharing content, knowledge, and market insights

Requirements

  • Able to juggle many activities and provide enablement services in relationship management, governance oversight, marketing strategy, contract management, financial management, content management, operational support
  • Strong relationship building skills and highly organized
  • Understanding of technology and business benefits of relevant alliance partner products and solutions
  • Experience in alliance management or business development for technology or professional services companies
  • Proven success in building and nurturing win-win alliance relationships
  • Strong networking and influence management skills resulting in driving actions to outcomes
  • Highly credible communicator with excellent organization and project management skills
  • Proven track record delivering alliance sales and revenues
  • Self-starter able to work independently and communicate progress and challenges
  • Comfortable escalating complex issues with recommendations to leadership
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multi-task supporting multiple projects
  • Ability to work effectively with diverse personalities, cultures, and working styles

  • Experience in technology or professional services industry
