About the Role

Progress Software Corporation is seeking a Demand Generation Campaign Manager to join their global team, focusing on product-led growth and AI technologies. Key Responsibilities

  • Own the Pipeline: Define and lead full-funnel demand generation strategies that turn prospects into raving customers and unlock net new revenue.
  • Shape Product & Marketing-Led Growth: Partner across product, sales, and digital teams to orchestrate integrated campaigns that accelerate adoption of AI-driven data technology.
  • Architect Customer Journeys: Design innovative, multi-channel programs (digital, ABM, events, and more) that educate, inspire, and convert.
  • Leverage Data-Driven Insights: Employ analytics to optimize campaign impact, identify expansion opportunities, and deliver measurable results.
  • Amplify Market Impact: Elevate brand presence through thought leadership, high-velocity campaigns, and compelling value propositions.
  • Drive qualified self-serve signups, product adoption, and conversions by building and launching integrated campaigns across channels.
  • Partner with Product Marketing & Product Management on messaging, personas, and positioning to generate sales qualified leads.
  • Collaborate on strategies tied to product launches and ongoing releases aligned with the product management roadmap.
  • Scale organic and paid acquisition programs supporting dual PLG and sales-assisted approaches.
  • Launch creative brand-to-demand initiatives to capture and nurture demand.
  • Execute multifaceted marketing programs including webcasts, SEO/SEM, retargeting, content syndication, social, and events.
  • Sync with sales to manage, measure, and optimize the full buyer journey.
  • Analyze and optimize campaigns continuously to improve conversion rates and pipeline performance.
  • Deliver ROI analysis and actionable insights for growth, and report outcomes for planning and business reviews with senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Proven track record of driving $10M+ in net new customer acquisition, ideally in B2B SaaS, AI, or data technology sectors.
  • A strategic architect who blends creativity with rigorous execution in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Experience in testing and optimizing campaigns to unlock greater scale, efficiency, and ROI.
  • Exceptional cross-functional influence and communication skills.
  • Ability to partner effectively across teams including product, sales, and marketing.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI, data technology, or SaaS industries.
  • Experience with account-based marketing (ABM) and multi-channel campaign execution.
  • Familiarity with analytics tools and data-driven marketing optimization.

Qualifications

  • Experience in B2B SaaS, AI, or data technology sectors with a proven record of customer acquisition.
  • Ability to develop and execute strategic marketing campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and experience with campaign optimization.
