About the Role

The Digital and Social Media Strategist role is for a creative and results-driven professional who can elevate a company's digital presence through impactful social media campaigns and strategic analysis. The position involves working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a hybrid work schedule, reporting to the Content Director, and partnering with cross-functional teams to connect, engage, and convert audiences.

Key Responsibilities

Drive impactful social media campaigns across platforms
Analyze advertising trends and identify winning content strategies
Optimize paid campaigns to maximize reach and ROI
Track, analyze, and report analytics using tools like Google Analytics and Meta Business Suite
Manage multiple clients, budgets, and campaign timelines with precision
Perform market research and competitive analyses to stay ahead of the curve
Engage with audiences and manage communities to build lasting brand loyalty
Collaborate cross-functionally with content, intelligence, accounts, and creative teams

Requirements

3-7 years of digital marketing experience (preferred)
Hands-on experience with SEO, SEM, and platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, Reddit, SEMrush, Google Ads, HubSpot, etc.
Exceptional communication skills and a proactive, determined attitude
Ability to manage multiple projects and clients while delivering on deadlines
Bachelor's degree in marketing or a related field (preferred)
Ability to work in the office at various times to prioritize team collaboration
