About the Role

The Digital Marketing Analyst role at ROI Revolution involves developing expertise in paid search campaigns, collaborating with a team to manage Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising campaigns, and leveraging data analysis to optimize performance. The position offers opportunities for growth in a fast-paced, results-driven environment, with a focus on client success and continuous learning.

Key Responsibilities

Create campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising designed to support overall client business goals, including targeting, budgeting, bid strategies, ad copy and creative assets, and measurement tactics
Communicate regularly with clients, both scheduled and ad hoc, on performance trends, progress on tests and optimizations, and timelines for upcoming campaign work
Analyze, assess, and diagnose campaign performance regularly to identify trends and opportunities, making data-driven decisions and optimizations that improve results
Translate analytical insights into clear, actionable recommendations that shape campaign strategy
Proactively perform optimizations across ad targeting, copy and creative assets, bidding, budgeting, and channel mix to improve performance over time
Create and implement new test ideas or experiments in client accounts to gain learnings that evolve client channel strategy
Partner with Paid Media Strategists to align on goals, strategy, and priorities, ensuring paid search campaigns support broader digital marketing and business objectives
Perform other duties as assigned or as interests and strengths are identified

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Analytics, or a related field
Demonstrated analytical thinking, with experience interpreting data, uncovering trends, and translating insights into actionable strategies
Comfort and ability to adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
Strong time management and organizational skills, demonstrated through effective task prioritization and consistent on-time delivery
Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across teams and engage with clients professionally
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, with the ability to analyze and present campaign data
Eagerness to learn and experiment with new tools, technologies, and approaches in digital marketing
Passion for delivering high-quality client service and contributing to client success

Nice to Have

Experience with Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising platforms
Knowledge of digital marketing tools and proprietary analytics platforms
Experience in a client-facing role in digital marketing

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Mathematics, Analytics, or a related field
