About the Role

The Digital Marketing Manager at The NRP Group will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies for NRP's multifamily portfolio. The role involves managing paid media, organic search, social media, email, and other digital channels to drive qualified traffic to communities, measuring performance, and communicating tactics proactively to management. The position also includes overseeing new marketing initiatives such as AI, self-guided tours, resident portals, and reputation management, within a company recognized for its positive workplace culture and growth opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Pay Per Click campaigns for Market Rate and Affordable properties, including campaign setup, managing agency communications, and analyzing weekly and monthly reports.
Guide and advise marketing managers on strategy adjustments based on campaign performance data.
Ensure the relevance and accessibility of all NRP websites, using tools like Siteimprove to optimize search rankings and accessibility.
Develop and execute social media campaign strategies across platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook, including audience development and content management.
Engage daily with social platforms and manage reputation by monitoring reviews on Google, BBB, Yelp, and other review sites.
Manage the reputation program, including developing KPIs, managing business listings, and optimizing internet listing services.
Report on CRM performance, media ROI, and reputation metrics.
Support other projects such as community marketing budgets, talent acquisition campaigns, and corporate digital initiatives.

Requirements

College degree in business marketing, digital media, communications, or related field.
Five or more years of experience in digital marketing, with a focus on Pay Per Click, Search Engine Optimization, and social media.
Strong writing skills and understanding of social media platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.
Experience building brand awareness and followers through digital marketing tactics.
Familiarity with management platforms such as AdWords, Reputation.com, Google Analytics, and SiteImprove.
Valid Driver's License.
