Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a 1-Year Marketing and Sales Plan that aligns with the 5-year business strategy, focusing on enhancing customer engagement, loyalty, and program growth.
  • Continuously assess and refine the program's value proposition to maintain its competitive edge in the market.
  • Oversee the execution of loyalty initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery and effective integration across all customer touchpoints.
  • Administer and document processes, proactively identifying and resolving any obstacles to successful execution.
  • Coordinate teams and agencies to ensure program goals and KPIs are met, supporting a collaborative environment to strengthen loyalty strategies and improve member experiences.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for program escalations, facilitating communication among teams and stakeholders to ensure program scalability and success.
  • Manage relationships with third-party agencies to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Conduct thorough data analysis to assess program performance, identify trends, and refine strategies to increase member retention and ROI.
  • Monitor program metrics daily, making data-driven adjustments to ensure program health and success.
  • Create sales and marketing reports to showcase program performance.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in strategic planning of end-to-end, multichannel marketing campaigns, preferably in the loyalty space (on/offline marketing).
  • English level: C1.
  • Experience in crafting marketing strategies at a local/regional level.
  • Experience interacting and collaborating with sales/commercial teams.
  • Experience in Loyalty programs (strategy and execution).
  • Experience working with clients in LATAM or US region is preferred.
  • Experience working with Energy: oil and gas clients strongly preferred.
  • Experience crafting medium-complexity marketing plans and/or programs and working with creative agencies.
  • Digitally fluent, with knowledge of digital marketing best practices.
  • Experience pitching proposals to clients.
  • Ability to craft verbal and written tactical recommendations and guidance for marketing professionals.
  • Experience working with project management and CRM software.
  • Experience creating consumer journeys for D2C communications.
  • Experience in a worldwide marketing program and/or working with high-end agencies.

  • Experience working with clients in LATAM or US region.
  • Experience working with Energy: oil and gas clients.
