About the Role

The Director, Brand Growth System Analytics at Kraft Heinz is a key leadership role responsible for deploying, embedding, and evolving the Brand Growth System (BGS) to drive meaningful growth opportunities for the company's core brands. The role involves leading a global analytics team, supporting data and development needs, and launching decision and tracking tools, including AI-enabled solutions, to transform the business and achieve strategic growth ambitions. Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the development, training, and deployment of the offshore brand growth analytics team.
  • Support data and development needs of the offshore team to ensure competitive advantage and organizational support.
  • Assess data sources and needs to support the expansion and analytics of the Brand Growth System.
  • Launch and manage the BGS 'Control Tower' decision and tracking tool in partnership with Digital/IT, including stages from KPI measurement to full AI enablement.
  • Act as the single point of contact for signature programs and tools across the company that benefit from collaboration with BGS.

Requirements

  • Experience in marketing analytics or a related field, preferably within CPG on the manufacturer side.
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of the food and beverage industry.
  • Knowledge of consumer data sets, including POS, panel, and survey data.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization and collaborating across functional teams such as Marketing, Sales, Finance/RGM, Data Science, Data Engineering, and BIE.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in a senior analytics or leadership role within a CPG company.
  • Familiarity with AI and advanced analytics tools.
  • Knowledge of digital tools and systems supporting brand growth analytics.

Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in marketing analytics or related fields.
  • Experience working in a matrix organization and cross-functional collaboration skills.
