About the Role

The company offers solutions for consumers, employers, and health plans to provide affordable healthcare options, including access to savings on medications and comprehensive healthcare research and information. The role of the Director, Brand Marketing, involves building and leading the brand strategy, go-to-market management, visual identity, messaging, and creative strategy for the GoodRx brand and key initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the continued development of the GoodRx refreshed brand blueprint and ensure its application across departments and customer touchpoints.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders to bring the brand strategy to life in a clear, consistent, and compelling manner.
  • Steward the creative strategy and messaging for upper funnel brand campaigns.
  • Serve as the 'quarterback' in bringing campaigns to market in collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Collaborate with PR, Editorial, Research, and Social Media teams to develop an enterprise-level content strategy based on business priorities and seasonality.
  • Work closely with the Social Media team to translate content strategy into social-first campaigns, content, and activations.
  • Partner with the Insights team to develop and maintain a Brand Health dashboard.
  • Lead evergreen brand health initiatives, including naming and identity, to ensure a consistent brand experience with strong attribution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience developing brand strategies and go-to-market strategies, either within an agency or a brand.
  • Strong understanding of brand strategy principles, brand health tracking, and consumer insights.
  • Extensive experience collaborating with creative, social, and product teams.
  • Experience in healthcare is preferred but not required if passionate about making healthcare affordable and willing to learn.

  • Experience in healthcare industry.

Qualifications

  • Educational background equivalent to a Bachelor's Degree.
