About the Role

Publicis Sapient (PS), a global leader in Digital Business Transformation (DBT), is seeking a seasoned Director of Sales for Digital Sustain and Digital ASM to join the Global Growth team. The role involves developing and leading new business opportunities for Post-Launch Digital Services in the United States and Canada, with a focus on creating sustainable and systematic growth across the organization. The Director will interface with existing account teams and new logo acquisition teams, building a global sales team to drive pipeline and bookings, and working closely with senior leaders and cloud platform providers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create and execute a sales plan that achieves Publicis Sapient's business goals in ASM for Digital Platforms and Applications.
  • Build and manage a global sales team, including setting quotas and monitoring performance.
  • Interlock with country and vertical leadership to define ways-of-working, identify target accounts, and develop specific execution plans.
  • Interface with clients at all levels within existing and prospective accounts.
  • Consult with customers to fully understand their needs.
  • Identify and lead pursuit of targeted new business and contract expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Leverage client-diagnostic sales strategies and a consultative approach to uncover client issues and opportunities.
  • Develop proposals that showcase Publicis Sapient's Digital Business Transformation capabilities with post-launch Digital Sustain at the core.
  • Collaborate with the executive team and subject matter experts to present proposals.
  • Work with Technology Alliance Partners such as Microsoft, AWS, Adobe, Google, Salesforce to develop joint opportunities.

Requirements

  • Relevant sales and business development experience in ASM and/or ADM services.
  • At least 2+ years in positions of team leadership, managing sales quotas and team performance.
  • Experience leading and winning multi-year cloud technology and consulting services deals at Fortune-level customers.
  • Strong consultative selling skills with a proven track record of developing opportunities and closing business.
  • Excellent business, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Organized with the ability to manage and track multiple priorities.
  • Experience in project/customer relationship management.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively across organizations and mentor sales personnel.
  • Drive to deliver value to clients and contribute to a fast-paced, growing organization.
  • BS, B-Tech, or equivalent technology degree; MBA preferred.
  • Willingness to travel heavily for customer meetings and deal negotiations.

Nice to Have

  • Knowledge of DevOps and SRE.
  • Experience working with Hyperscalers and cloud platform providers.
