About the Role

Meta is looking for a Brand Marketing Leader with a passion for and proven experience in re-energizing established brands at scale. In this role, you will lead the global Facebook Brand Marketing efforts to restage the Facebook brand, recruit and engage a new generation of users—crafting strategies and executing innovative marketing initiatives and full-funnel campaigns that drive business growth, user value, and brand relevance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the global Facebook Brand Marketing efforts to restage the Facebook brand and engage a new generation of users.
  • Develop and execute innovative marketing initiatives and full-funnel campaigns that drive business growth, user engagement, and brand relevance.
  • Drive transformative change and flawless execution in marketing and product to deliver the brand vision across the end-to-end consumer experience.
  • Manage multiple campaigns and initiatives across markets simultaneously.
  • Build influence and drive alignment across matrixed stakeholders.
  • Inspire and support a growing team with deep care, thoughtfulness, and mentorship.

Requirements

  • 12+ years of experience with brand marketing at companies with global scale.
  • 8+ years of team leadership experience, including cross-functional team management.
  • Experience leading a brand turnaround, including setting strategy and driving multi-channel consumer marketing programs.
  • Experience building annual marketing plans and creating business cases for incremental investment.
  • Utilizing consumer research and data to drive actionable insights for marketing strategies and campaigns.
  • Experience managing multiple campaigns across markets simultaneously.
  • Leading and executing flawless integrated campaigns across an expansive cross-functional and highly matrixed organization.
  • Influencing leadership and gaining executive and VP buy-in.
  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Tech sector experience.
  • Experience in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced environment.
  • Strong consumer insights, creative vision, and ability to connect business, product, and brand strategies.
  • Ability to move fast, iterate, and add value in a dynamic environment.
  • Self-starter with a growth mindset and a test-and-learn approach.
