About the Role

We have an exciting opportunity to support our Loyalty team as a Director, Growth & Personalization Strategy based in Miami, FL. Very rarely will you find an opportunity like this one where we have all the tools, the data, leadership support, and team members to enable you to do what you love to do; leverage your analytical skills to identify new growth opportunities for our personalization efforts and take Subway to the next level of guest-centric strategy. This role involves working autonomously to develop customer segmentation strategies, analyze data to identify new personalization opportunities, and support initiatives to increase member enrollment, redemptions, LTV, and loyalty tier migrations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Developing and implementing a test & learn methodology across the CRM and loyalty channels to increase customer activation, retention, and LTV.
  • Utilizing customer data and insights to deliver a personalized 1:1 experience across every customer touchpoint and find opportunities to grow guest retention and LTV.
  • Mining data for new insights, answering ad-hoc questions about guests, and sizing new opportunities through analytical curiosity.
  • Creating executive level presentations summarizing insights and opportunities, and presenting plans and visions for implementation and ROI.
  • Using campaign reporting (email and push) to identify new opportunities and optimize contact strategies.
  • Owning reporting and analysis of customer lifecycle migration efforts, measuring impact on LTV, retention, and spend.
  • Implementing acquisition and retention strategies to enable an omni-channel personalization contact strategy.
  • Utilizing modern MarTech solutions to optimize, automate, and predict customer engagement and growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree and 8+ years of related experience.
  • Analytically curious with a strong ability to mine data for insights.
  • Comfortable working in white space with minimal direction to identify new opportunities.
  • Highly experienced in SQL coding for querying and navigating data warehouses.
  • Proficient with navigating raw data table structures and joining unstructured data.
  • Experience with Tableau or similar data presentation tools.
  • Excellent communication skills with experience in executive level presentations.
  • Ability to curate data findings into strategic presentations for executives.
  • Champion of a data and customer-driven approach to strategic planning.

Nice to Have

  • Experience with machine learning.
  • Experience with Adobe platform.
