About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead strategy development for brand launch and channel strategy, considering business objectives, patient journey, HCP dynamics, clinical trial data, and market dynamics.
  • Develop core messaging for healthcare professional segments and media plans across mass media, digital, and targeted channels, working closely with media agencies.
  • Prioritize budgets across commercial functions and develop local business plans in collaboration with regional business directors.
  • Ensure successful and timely execution of plans and tactics, including measurement, evaluation, and optimization of campaigns.
  • Manage budgets effectively and lead cross-functional collaboration with medical, market access, and other teams to align strategies.
  • Partner with market research and analytics teams to analyze competitive landscape and inform strategic decisions.
  • Develop and grow junior marketing team members and participate in talent management initiatives.
  • Drive overall culture within US Oncology Marketing and ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, laws, and regulations.

Requirements

  • BA degree or equivalent is required.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant marketing brand management experience, preferably in oncology or related fields.
  • Experience launching products in the US or internationally, particularly in Oncology.
  • Experience managing, executing, and evaluating media campaigns across mass media, digital, and targeted channels.
  • Proven ability to lead multi-functional teams and manage external partners such as advertising agencies.
  • Demonstrated experience using primary and secondary market research to inform strategy and messaging.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong organization and prioritization skills.
  • US Market experience preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Experience managing products in Multiple Myeloma or other oncology areas.
  • Experience with international product launches.
  • Experience in managing external resources and partners.

Qualifications

  • BA degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in oncology.
  • Experience launching products in the US or internationally, especially in Oncology.
  • Experience managing media campaigns and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working with external agencies and market research.
