The Director of NAM Prosumer Marketing, reporting to the VP of Innovation Marketing, is responsible for defining and executing marketing and communications strategies to grow the company's position in the residential and C&I prosumer market. This role acts as a strategic business partner, customer insight and experience leader, working closely with engineering teams, start-ups, marketing peers, go-to-market leaders, and company executives. The focus is on energy management within eMobility, Home, Distribution, and Energy Storage lines of business, including integrated home energy management solutions, commercial eMobility strategy, and synergies across prosumer portfolio companies such as EnergySage, EVConnect, and Qmerit. The role supports rapid incubation of new marketing strategies, understanding market dynamics, customer needs, and competitive landscape to enable business development.
