Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies that align with business objectives to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth, with a focus on innovative digital tactics and traditional marketing techniques.
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel demand generation campaigns (including digital, email, content marketing, social media, and events) to attract and engage target audiences. Ensure campaigns are aligned with customer personas and leverage A/B testing for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Content & Creative team on the creation and distribution of high-quality content that resonates with target audiences, including white papers, case studies, blog posts, and videos, to establish thought leadership and support lead generation efforts.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability. Conduct regular training sessions to upskill team members on new marketing technologies and trends.
  • Utilize data analytics to measure campaign performance across all channels, generate actionable insights, and report on key metrics to stakeholders; make data-driven decisions to optimize strategies and ensure goals are met.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and the competitive landscape, ensuring marketing initiatives are innovative and effective. Present findings and recommendations to the executive team to guide strategic decision-making.
  • Work closely with sales, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business goals and to drive lead generation. Facilitate regular alignment meetings to review campaign performance and discuss new initiatives.
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring the optimal allocation of resources to maximize ROI on marketing initiatives. Develop forecasts and reports to track spending against budgetary targets.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in growth marketing, with a focus on demand generation, preferably in technology or SaaS industries.
  • Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing marketing teams.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, as well as traditional marketing methods.
  • Excellent analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • A self-starter with a proactive attitude and a passion for driving growth.
  • Working knowledge of a partner relationship manager (PRM), Zoho, Google Suite, Excel, Hubspot, Monday.com or similar tools preferred.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in the security industry is a plus.
  • Open to travel as needed to support and execute on events.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.
