Key Responsibilities

Lead strategy development process and ensure deployment across the organization.
Develop and execute product strategies that align with overall business goals and objectives.
Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs within the Mechanical or Industrial Engineering sector.
Lead a team of product managers, marketing associates, pricing associates, and commercial operations; responsible for recruitment, performance management, and engagement of the team.
Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to define product requirements and specifications.
Lead the planning, development, and launch of new products or product enhancements.
Analyze product performance metrics and customer feedback to inform future product strategies.
Lead the development of product roadmaps and ensure timely delivery of products to market.
Lead pricing actions and margin improvement initiatives across all business lines/markets.
Drive complexity reduction within the portfolio and pricing structure.
Develop marketing strategies and materials to promote products effectively to target audiences.
Set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for owned initiatives and teams; monitor and adjust as necessary.

Requirements

Proven experience (10+ years) in product management, marketing, and strategic planning, preferably for an engineering or manufacturing company.
Demonstrated success in leading cross-functional teams to launch and scale products that meet market demands and drive revenue growth.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights and strategic decisions.
Expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and customer segmentation to inform product and marketing strategies.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with experience presenting to executive leadership and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
Deep understanding of go-to-market strategies, product lifecycle management, and brand positioning.
Experience managing budgets, forecasting, and ROI analysis for product and marketing initiatives.
Familiarity with agile methodologies, product road mapping tools, and CRM/marketing automation platforms.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred.
