About the Role

CoventBridge Group is seeking a Director of Sales for our Western Sales Territory. The Director of Sales is responsible for growing the sales territory through current clients and new prospects via phone, email, and face-to-face contact. Additionally, the Director of Sales oversees the overall performance to goal for each client and contributes to revenue growth within their territories.

Key Responsibilities

Daily contact with clients and team members in sales, operations, and marketing.
Achievement of individual sales goals.
Retention of current clients.
Communication with the senior management team through weekly reports.
Driving revenue growth within their territories.
Prospecting for new business.
Due to driving, maintaining a constant state of alertness in a safe manner is an essential function of this position.

Requirements

Strong organizational skills.
Excellent follow-up skills.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Working knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
Ability to work remotely.
Ability to work well with others.
Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
Ability to track and achieve company goals for clients and territories.
Ability to resolve issues working with clients and coworkers.
College degree.
Industry experience in insurance and/or investigative fields.
At least 2 years of sales experience.
