Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategies and programs to grow AT&T FirstNet and Public Sector markets, including government, education, and public safety.
  • Partner with leaders across business functions to review priorities and determine marketing strategies to drive business results.
  • Lead all external marketing activities for FirstNet, including strategy and execution across media, social, direct marketing, PR, and other channels.
  • Manage the development of marketing, advertising, and communication programs to grow the FirstNet brand and increase preference for company products and services.
  • Develop campaign plans and success metrics, manage marketing briefs, define target audiences, and provide executional guidance to the team.
  • Optimize tactics to deliver business results and build strong relationships with organizations and agency partners.

Requirements

  • 8 to 10 years of relevant experience with increasing responsibility, including at least 5 years in marketing communications, advertising, or related fields.
  • Experience managing multi-channel marketing campaigns including paid and owned initiatives.
  • Experience creating comprehensive communication plans targeting the public safety community.
  • Data-driven decision making skills and curiosity to understand how to drive traffic and conversions.
  • Extensive experience marketing to First Responder and Public Sector markets, including government, education, and public safety.
  • Executive-level communication and presentation skills.
  • Leadership skills to shape and lead growth vision and marketing strategy.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to plan, meet deadlines, prioritize, and manage a team.
  • Ability to formulate and execute strategic marketing plans, establish KPIs, monitor performance metrics, and improve campaigns.

  • Experience working with agency partners and cross-functional teams.
  • Knowledge of the telecommunications industry and public sector markets.
