Key Responsibilities

  • Define differentiated product messaging and positioning that resonates with IT buyers, highlights key value propositions, and directly addresses their pain points.
  • Drive end-to-end product launches and release marketing for new IT Service features and solutions, including strategy, planning, and execution while aligning cross-functional teams.
  • Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans, partnering with sales leadership to enable sales teams on product features, benefits, and competitive differentiators.
  • Create compelling content such as product demos, customer success stories, white papers, webinars, social media, and website copy to guide IT buyers through the purchase journey.
  • Represent Salesforce at company and industry events, webinars, and customer engagements by designing and delivering presentations that demonstrate the value of IT Service.
  • Monitor and analyze KPIs like revenue and pipeline, using data to inform future product marketing and go-to-market strategies.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of experience in product marketing, brand marketing, and/or go-to-market roles.
  • 3+ years of experience in the IT Service Management (ITSM) domain or related IT services space.
  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful product launches that generate awareness and pipeline.
  • Strong ability to strategize and craft compelling messaging and positioning for technology products.
  • Excellent visual, written, and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executive leaders, cross-functional teams, and customers.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a track record of using data to drive decisions and achieve measurable marketing goals.
  • Proactive, results-driven attitude with the ability to lead projects and navigate ambiguity.

Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience working in IT and the ability to 'speak IT's language.'
  • Technical savvy with experience building product demos using live environments and design/video tools like Figma and Camtasia.
