About the Role

The Dwell Account Specialist supports vendors and sellers using Amazon as their freight distributor by providing operational customer support, resolving shipment issues, and managing scheduled pickups. The role involves data analysis, stakeholder communication, and problem-solving to ensure timely freight pickups and smooth logistics operations. This position is fully onsite in Atlanta, GA, and is part of a team that manages multiple vendors and transportation challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide shipper support to vendors and sellers using Amazon as their freight distributor.
  • Ensure vendors receive the service due to them and resolve operational problems.
  • Research and resolve missed pickups to ensure freight is collected.
  • Analyze daily reports on missed pickups, identify data gaps, and problem-solve using various tools and resources.
  • Work through vendor issues by reaching out, tracking activity in Excel, and resolving shipment problems.
  • Manage scheduled pickups, re-route hauls, and interact with multiple vendors.
  • Participate in morning meetings to review plans and recap previous day’s activities.
  • Use Excel to track vendor activity and analyze data related to shipment issues.

Requirements

  • Proficient in Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Able to analyze and interpret data.
  • Excellent written communication skills.
  • Reliable and stable work ethic.
  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 4-5+ years of industry experience or a combination of degree and experience.
  • Ability to work with multiple screens (approximately 15 tabs at once).
  • Problem-solving attitude and ability to handle riddles related to shipment issues.
  • Experience in logistics, transportation, or intermodal freight is preferred.

  • Experience in start-up environments.
  • Experience working with multiple vendors and managing logistics challenges.

Qualifications

  • Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 4-5+ years of relevant industry experience.
