About the Role

Stefanini Group is hiring an Ecommerce and Customer Marketing Lead (REMOTE) to support the North American Sales Organization, focusing on strategic accounts, growth channels, and grocery wholesale areas. The role involves managing marketing budgets, developing strategies to increase market share, and supporting retail and digital media initiatives. This is a temporary 9.5-month contract with potential for full-time employment based on performance and business needs.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Strategic Accounts and Growth Channels area leadership and transition to cover the Grocery Wholesale area.
  • Manage the marketing budget and lead strategic annual planning for key retail drive periods.
  • Develop and share strategies to drive market share and analyze current plan performance.
  • Support customer-specific JBP/JVP/KVP initiatives as needed.
  • Provide analytics and support for Monthly Business Reviews (MBR) and Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR).
  • Act as primary point of contact for BU Leadership and the National Omni Team.
  • Recap specific campaigns and Test & Learn initiatives.
  • Equip and train Field Sales Teams with eCommerce sales knowledge through tools and documentation.
  • Manage Retail Media Network Monthly Reporting and QBRs.
  • Develop digital strategies, reporting, and share insights across availability, content, and share of search.

Requirements

  • Strong digital and eCommerce fluency, including media metrics such as ROAS, CPC, and incremental ROAS.
  • Retail media strategy and buying experience (e.g., Roundel, The Collective, ADRM, DGRM).
  • Business acumen in CPG planning to guide campaign strategy and investment decisions.
  • 8+ years in digital marketing, eCommerce, or CPG preferred.
  • Familiarity with the CARS framework (Content, Availability, Ratings & Reviews, Search).
  • Knowledge of retailers such as ALB, TGT, AD, DG, Meijer, HEB, Publix, and broker environment.
  • Proficiency in Tableau for interpreting data, not dashboard building.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Strong sales, marketing, media, category planning, and analytical background.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, including reporting and presentation skills.
  • Excellent organization and project management skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously with minimal direction.
  • Savvy with business intelligence tools/software (e.g., IRI, Spark, Reveal, Tableau, Budget Management).
  • Ability to summarize complex information and influence sales leadership.
  • Strong relationship-building skills and ability to command trust and respect.
  • Proven ability to coordinate strategic vision and lead a team in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.

Nice to Have

  • People management experience preferred but not required with strong digital expertise and executive presence.

Qualifications

  • 8+ years in digital marketing, eCommerce, or CPG (preferred).

Benefits & Perks

  • Pay range of $36.76 per hour.
