Key Responsibilities

  • Execute and optimize data-driven ABM strategy and programs to achieve sales goals
  • Collaborate with leadership team and other senior stakeholders to select key accounts
  • Partner closely with sales teams to ensure strong marketing and sales alignment
  • Deliver account research and analysis to drive ABM strategies
  • Develop and deploy multi-channel ABM campaigns, including supporting creation of strategy, messaging, aligning internal teams and project managing execution
  • Iterate and optimize campaigns based on data and analysis of ABM campaigns and tactics
  • Provide ongoing reporting, campaign insights and pacing towards goals to stakeholders
  • Partner with Campaign Managers, Field Marketers, Strategic Sales and BDRs to build strategic account motions
  • Work closely with marketing operations to support high-performance ABM marketing tools and integrations

Requirements

  • 2+ years' experience specifically in ABM
  • Highly organized and efficient with the ability to develop and execute against an evolving plan
  • Team player able to work both collaboratively and autonomously within the Digital Team
  • Strong project management, time management, prioritization and organizational skills
  • Experience managing and prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results working cross-functionally with sales, marketing and product teams
  • Proactive self-starter with high initiative and critical thinking
  • Proven ability to think strategically with exceptional attention to detail in execution
  • Experience using ABM technology such as intent solutions (e.g., Demandbase) or other platforms
  • Support the ongoing development of Ideal Customer Profiles and key account lists
  • Experience using ABM software (Demandbase & Uberflip preferred) and marketing automation software (Salesforce Marketing Cloud preferred)
  • Experience working within CRM & Sales software (Salesforce)
  • Experience with multi-touch attribution reporting

  • Experience using ABM technology such as intent solutions like Demandbase or other platforms
  • Experience using ABM software such as Demandbase & Uberflip
  • Experience with marketing automation software such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud
