Equipment Rental Specialist

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Support telephone and walk-in customers with rentals of all types of construction and industrial equipment.
• Understand customer equipment needs, negotiate, and place rental orders.
• Deliver customer satisfaction through a professional attitude at all times.
• Perform administrative tasks related to rental transactions.
• Assist in maintaining a safe and organized work environment.

Requirements

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Valid Driver's license required.
• Familiarity with various types of construction/industrial tools and equipment.
• Strong customer service and telephone skills.
• Solid computer and administrative skills.
• Physical ability to bend, squat, crouch, reach, lift 50 pounds or more, and work indoors/outdoors as required.

Nice to Have

• Previous equipment rental industry experience.
• Successful completion of the DOT Qualification process.
• Bilingual skills (Spanish or other) in some locations.
