About the Role

ESPN Cleveland Digital Account Executive Good Karma Broadcasting is seeking a motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Consultant to join our team in the Cleveland market. This role focuses on developing strategic partnerships and delivering impactful marketing solutions across a suite of digital assets, including ESPN.com, the ESPN App, FanDuel Sports Network, NESN, SportsNet Pittsburgh, GKB Premium Sports, and other premium inventory sources. The position offers an opportunity to be part of a dynamic sports media organization while driving meaningful results for our partners.

Key Responsibilities

Identify, uncover, and develop partnership opportunities both locally and throughout the country.
Prospect and generate new business opportunities through outreach, networking, and industry research.
Develop relationships with business decision makers locally and across the country.
Develop and maintain thorough knowledge of the complete portfolio of Good Karma Brands' digital assets and create successful, customized multi-channel marketing solutions.
Continually educate yourself on media and new trends in the industry.
Collaborate with Account Managers and Digital Operations teams.
Analyze campaign data and provide partners with reporting and recommendations.
Deliver engaging presentations to showcase the full portfolio of digital assets.
Network with local businesses to expand your sphere of influence in the market.
Uncover marketing objectives and create solutions to meet those objectives.
Monitor Accounts Receivables and Aging Reports and follow up with partners to ensure timely payment.
Ask meaningful questions during meetings to determine if additional Good Karma Brands assets could be a fit.
Perform other assigned tasks.

Requirements

Strong understanding of digital media, marketing strategy, and campaign performance metrics.
Strong understanding of digital advertising products including display, video, audio streaming, OTT/CTV, social, and programmatic.
Knowledge of sports media consumption trends and fan engagement across digital and mobile platforms.
Passion for sales and service with an entrepreneurial spirit.
Ability to build relationships and grow partnerships.
Self-motivated with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Experience with Salesforce.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment and manage multiple tasks.
Valid Driver's License.
