About the Role

Event Sales Managers at Lucky Strike Entertainment are responsible for booking and managing events across multiple venues, acting as a key resource for clients and internal teams, and ensuring flawless event execution. This role involves multitasking, client relationship management, and collaboration with operations to deliver memorable experiences in a lively entertainment environment that includes bowling, arcade games, and parties every day of the week.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to all event inquiries and convert them into booked events.
  • Plan and coordinate events across multiple venues, learning and relaying the features and benefits of each property.
  • Meet or exceed individual sales KPIs.
  • Manage a pipeline of clients, tasks, and meetings efficiently to ensure organization and success.
  • Support and guide the sales team by working alongside Senior Sales Managers and Directors of Sales to meet KPIs.
  • Act as the on-site contact for the operations team, hosting BEO meetings, and collaborating to ensure successful events.
  • Give clients engaging tours of venues, showcase event options, and coordinate event details until the day of the event.
  • Maintain active client relationships during and after events to promote repeat business.
  • Work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays during busy seasons.
  • Stay connected via camera for coaching, meetings, and client interactions, demonstrating enthusiasm and professionalism.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in sales, with sales management and multi-unit sales experience considered a plus.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Teams, and Excel.
  • Experience using a CRM system.
  • Strong data-centric leadership skills to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-solving skills and adaptability.
  • Effective time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel once a year to the national sales conference.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years in sales, with management experience preferred.
