Paylocity
The Executive Account Manager provides telephone, email, and potentially on-site support to large revenue clients who contact Paylocity concerning payroll, HR practices, software operations, and other technical and non-technical issues. They work directly with other departments to ensure the client's needs are being met, develop business relationships, and represent Paylocity as the face and voice of the company's highest revenue and most complex clientele. This role involves maintaining expert knowledge of Paylocity products and partnerships to maximize client benefits, and it follows a hybrid schedule with in-office and remote work components.
