Facebook Ads Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Facebook and other social media platforms.
• Create, categorize, and refine keyword lists to develop comprehensive campaigns that drive qualified visitors to client sites and meet ROI goals.
• Develop and manage paid ad bidding strategies and be responsible for the success of paid search efforts.
• Consistently test, monitor, revise, and optimize ad copy, landing pages, and positioning to maximize results.
• Analyze and assess campaign performance and translate data into recommendations and strategic revisions.
• Communicate regularly with the account management team regarding status, timeline, budget, deliverables, performance reporting, and competitive intelligence.

Requirements

• Must have a minimum of 2-3 years of Facebook Ads experience.
• Create, categorize, and refine keyword lists for campaigns.
• Develop and manage paid ad bidding strategies.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize accordingly.
• Experience managing Facebook ads without supervision.
• Ability to communicate in English both verbally and in writing.
• Proven experience in social media marketing, specifically Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Willingness to learn, grow, and adapt as the company expands.
• Detail-oriented work ethic with the ability to multitask.
• Analytical and data-driven mindset with great organizational skills.

Nice to Have

• Experience with campaign reporting and ROI analysis.
• Knowledge of qualitative analysis and competitive analysis.
• Experience with copywriting and keyword topic research.
• Familiarity with SEM campaigns and pay-per-click (PPC) advertising.
• Experience with Facebook Marketing analytics and A/B testing.
