Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing field marketing team aligned to regional, vertical, and partner priorities.
  • Set team goals, manage budgets, and establish performance metrics to measure impact across programs.
  • Collaborate with sales leadership to ensure marketing strategies align with revenue targets and GTM objectives.
  • Own the strategy and execution of regional events, executive roundtables, industry conferences, and customer-facing experiences.
  • Deliver memorable event programs that drive brand engagement, lead generation, and customer retention.
  • Measure event ROI and continuously optimize performance.
  • Partner with sales and global marketing teams to design and execute ABM strategies across target accounts, leveraging personalization and multi-touch engagement tactics.
  • Use data and insights to tailor content and campaigns that resonate with specific buying groups.
  • Develop and manage co-marketing programs with key strategic partners and alliances to expand reach and drive joint pipeline.
  • Align messaging and value propositions across partner GTM motions, and collaborate on events, campaigns, and content syndication.
  • Build marketing programs that support sales throughout the funnel—from awareness to close.
  • Deliver targeted content, sales tools, and competitive intelligence that empower reps and improve win rates.
  • Collaborate with sales enablement to onboard new reps and ensure consistent messaging.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3 years in a field marketing leadership role.
  • Proven success in driving pipeline and revenue through integrated field programs, events, and ABM.
  • Deep experience partnering with enterprise sales teams, partner ecosystems, and alliances.
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills; able to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to derive insights from data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, people management, and leadership abilities.
  • Experience working in SaaS, enterprise software, or related technology sectors is preferred.
