About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with gym leads, trials, and members over established communication systems.
• Provide positive interactions with members, focusing on member experience and retention.
• Record and post social media content, maintaining a strong brand presence.
• Engage with potential members to promote and sell memberships.
• Ensure proper documents and waivers are signed and on file.

Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Confident in sales or able to learn a simple sales process.
• Ability to capture content for social media and a solid understanding of social media.
• Must be available to work at least 2-3 shifts per week, including mornings, evenings, and rotating Saturdays.
