Frontier Sales Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of door-to-door Sales Associates in your local territory
• Set daily goals, track KPIs, and ensure consistent performance across the team
• Train and coach reps on customer engagement, product knowledge, and closing skills
• Develop local territory strategies to drive growth and maximize conversion
• Maintain strong relationships with internal leadership and Frontier representatives
• Participate in active field support, ride-alongs, and performance reviews
• Recruit, onboard, and ramp new team members as needed

Requirements

• Proven experience in sales leadership — direct sales or door-to-door preferred
• Strong communicator who can coach, motivate, and hold a team accountable
• A field-ready leader who leads by example and isn't afraid to get hands-on
• High energy, positive mindset, and strong organizational skills
• Comfortable working outdoors and engaging face-to-face with customers
• Bachelor's degree is a plus but not required
