The FSOP Market Development Manager role involves growing existing accounts, pursuing new business, and building strong client relationships within a dynamic team environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prospect new, competitive business through cold calling and visiting
  • Target and prospect new business and maintain current business
  • Maximize customer revenue potential by understanding their objectives, programs, key strategies, concepts, competitors, and consumer/shopper targets, and developing collaborative execution plans
  • Sell and implement campaigns and promotional programming to increase customer's sales
  • Execute LOS (look-of-success) marketing strategies to increase revenue and grow brands
  • Ensure precise, consistent, and timely communication with internal and external customers
  • Order equipment and work with Service team to schedule installation from beginning to end
  • Build relationships at multiple levels and functions to influence key decision makers
  • Create offers for exclusive beverage agreements through profit analysis system and presentations

Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in business or sales preferred
  • 2+ years of outside sales and marketing experience
  • Willingness to travel as needed
  • Valid COLORADO driver's license; driving record must meet Swire's vehicle policy requirements
  • Ability to use reliable vehicle to travel within routes and maintain business use vehicle insurance
  • Ability to periodically lift up to 50lbs
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills: written, verbal, and presentation
  • Must be at least 18 years of age to apply

Nice to Have

  • Experience in sales or marketing within the beverage or consumer goods industry
  • Knowledge of local markets within Colorado

Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in business or sales preferred
  • 2+ years of outside sales and marketing experience
  • Valid Colorado driver's license
