About the Role

The Global Transaction Product Marketing Manager, Client Incentive at TikTok is responsible for developing and activating client incentive systems and processes. The role involves working closely with product teams, sales, finance, and regional stakeholders to ensure accurate incentive calculation, system adoption, and process standardization. The position requires strong global business acumen, digital advertising expertise, and leadership skills to drive impact across cross-functional teams within a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Product operations owner of client incentive system; settlement/payout process owner.
  • Ensure the accuracy of incentive calculation results and work with regional policy makers to translate policies into system requirements.
  • Identify system incentive auto-calculation gaps and create product requirements for system improvements.
  • Drive system calculation library adoption within policy makers, sales, and clients.
  • Standardize client incentive settlement/payout process and execute to ensure timely and accurate incentive settlement.
  • Be the power user of client incentive systems and promote system adoption among key users through sales enablement, marketing content, and training.
  • Address internal and external escalated system queries and explain calculation details to sales and clients.
  • Build and promote a client incentive dashboard to meet regional needs.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, transaction, or internet industries with Product Operations responsibilities, or in data analytics & strategy or management consulting.
  • Advanced analytical skills; ability to gather, clean, and structure data using SQL, Python, R, and BI visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Experience in business process design, optimization, and execution.
  • Experience translating business needs into product requirements and driving system adoption.
