About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, set up, and manage Google Ads campaigns across Search and Display networks.
• Focus on improving key performance indicators like Quality Score, CTR, and conversions.
• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis to guide campaign direction.
• Monitor live campaigns and adjust bids, creatives, and targeting for best ROI.
• Write engaging ad copy and test variations to improve performance.
• Align campaigns with overall marketing strategy through close team collaboration.
• Deliver reports with clear, actionable insights based on campaign data.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns.
• A strong understanding of paid media metrics and optimization techniques.
• Proficiency with tools such as Google Analytics, Ads Editor, and Keyword Planner.
• Confidence in analyzing data and making performance-driven decisions.
• Ability to craft and test ad copy that converts.
• A self-motivated approach with excellent organization and teamwork skills.
