Paid Search Specialist (Hybrid In Ft. Lauderdale, MUST BE FL RESIDENT)

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the client to success by being their main point of contact and ensuring efforts align with their goals.
• Guide clients with data, rapport, and your Google Ads experience.
• Actively lead the onboarding process and kick-off calls for new accounts.
• Own the success of managed accounts by ensuring they are built to standards and performing well.
• Maintain a cohesive account strategy to drive client goals, monitor and manage account performance, and propose improvements.
• Analyze key metrics and implement changes to optimize campaign performance towards desired KPIs.
• Manage accounts and budgets to ensure proper pacing without overspending or interruptions.
• Set up or guide developers in setting up conversions, monitor conversion tracking accuracy and functionality.
• Schedule and lead reporting calls, provide client reports, and keep the internal team informed of issues, challenges, and wins.
• Ensure client requests are executed and reflected in the project management system, create/update agendas, and tasks.
• Create or improve processes, checklists, SOPs, how-to videos, and templates to enhance efficiency.

Requirements

• High proficiency in Google Ads with experience managing 20+ accounts, preferably in an agency environment.
• Deep understanding of Google Ads Editor and Google Analytics/GA4.
• Strong knowledge of performance metrics like CPC, CPM, Conversion Rate, CPA, and ROAS, and how to influence them.
• Expertise in Excel or Google Sheets analysis, including functions and pivot tables.
• Ability to present insights and recommendations clearly during client Zoom calls.
• Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and organized with strong critical thinking skills.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience using Google Ads.
• Fluent in English.
• Resident of Florida.

Nice to Have

• Experience managing 30-40+ accounts hands-on.
• Experience working in an agency environment.
• Familiarity with Google Tag Manager and other tracking tools.

Qualifications
