Key Responsibilities

  • Guide client team via strategic points of view/roadmaps to build their brands in an evolving, cluttered category.
  • Proactively mine industry trends, cultural and audience insights to fuel breakthrough ideas.
  • Challenge category cliches to ensure clear, resonant, and actionable brand and campaign strategies.
  • Oversee and/or execute brief development in collaboration with internal partners (Creative, Account, Engagement, Social).
  • Help develop actionable segmentations to identify the most valuable Professional audience(s), communication plans, and messaging frameworks leading to compelling narratives.
  • Lead innovative activations to engage audiences in unexpected but effective ways.
  • Co-lead development of social platforms and KOL/DOL programs.
  • Propose, sell-in, and lead high-impact strategic workshops, ensuring excellence in logistics, creativity, and optimization.

Requirements

  • 10-15+ years of experience in strategic planning and brand-building across complex brand portfolios, with experience in OTC/personal care or skin health a plus.
  • Experience promoting to health professionals/HCPs such as dermatologists, aestheticians, cosmetic nurses, dentists, dental assistants, etc.
  • Ability to develop strong client relationships and trust through deep immersion in the client’s business.
  • Highly collaborative with effective working relationships across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Critical and analytical thinking, innovation, and visionary mindset to inspire creativity and guide teams.
  • Managerial experience in leading and building teams.
  • Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative research.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Brand launch experience is preferred.
  • Capable of independently drafting creative briefs based on client needs.
