The opportunity involves joining Adobe’s Higher Education business as a Product Marketing leader, focusing on driving D2C strategy for new product lines targeted at student audiences globally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective product marketing strategies that generate demand
  • Critically evaluate new growth opportunities and provide guidance on prioritization
  • Work closely with multiple cross-functional teams to plan, implement, and optimize marketing initiatives, bringing clarity and direction in a matrixed organization
  • Build compelling product positioning, value proposition messaging, and competitive differentiation to ensure Adobe's products stand out in a competitive marketplace
  • Lead market research efforts to understand customer needs, market trends, and the competitive landscape, providing actionable insights to the team
  • Produce high-quality marketing content for acquisition through digital channels

Requirements

  • Degree or a minimum of 12-15 years of experience that is equivalent
  • Proven product marketing management (PMM) track record, preferably within the tech or digital space
  • Outstanding communication and storytelling skills
  • Strong analytical approach with the ability to use data to make informed decisions
  • Entrepreneurial attitude with a passion for leading 0-to-1 marketing initiatives
  • Collaborative spirit and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for digital experiences and a deep understanding of Adobe's product offerings

Nice to Have

  • Experience within the tech or digital space
  • Experience leading product marketing strategies for digital products

Qualifications

  • Educational background equivalent to a degree or extensive professional experience (12-15 years)

Benefits & Perks

  • Competitive salary range of $146,300 -- $273,200 annually, varies by location and experience
  • Potential eligibility for long-term incentives in the form of a new hire equity award
  • Short-term incentives in the form of sales commissions or annual incentive plans depending on role
