Growth & Transformation - Manager

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing visual content to effectively communicate strategy and transformation initiatives, including infographics, charts, and visual aids.
• Help create compelling PowerPoint slides for management decks and messaging related to growth and transformation, ensuring clear communication of key messages.
• Collaborate with senior team members to design and implement operating frameworks that support business unit growth and transformation.
• Support the analysis of business trends, strategic assessment of new growth concepts, opportunities, mergers, acquisitions, and ideas.
• Help drive go-to-market (GTM) strategies and adoption of key solutions by creating solution collateral and working with sales and marketing teams.
• Work with business and functional leadership to understand new growth concepts and recommendations.
• Structure and execute research and data gathering to support opportunity analysis and due diligence.
• Work with leadership to rationalize business objectives and determine new business or program priorities.
• Translate program objectives into integrated project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Define and track project milestones, develop and report on overall status, challenges, risks, and delivery.
• Communicate objectives, priorities, and updates to stakeholders and provide ongoing status reports.
• Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or relevant experience.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
• Basic knowledge of graphic design tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Enthusiasm for learning and professional growth.

Qualifications

• Educational background in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field (implied from degree requirement).
