About the Role

The Growth & Transformation - Manager role at Unisys involves supporting strategic initiatives related to business growth and transformation through content creation, presentation development, strategic framework design, business analysis, and go-to-market strategy execution. The position requires collaboration with senior leadership and stakeholders to analyze opportunities, develop project plans, and communicate objectives effectively, contributing to the company's strategic growth efforts.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in developing visual content such as infographics, charts, and visual aids to communicate strategy and transformation initiatives.
Help create compelling PowerPoint slides for management decks and messaging related to growth and transformation, ensuring clear communication of key messages.
Collaborate with senior team members to design and implement operating frameworks that support business unit growth and transformation.
Support the analysis of business trends, strategic assessment of new growth concepts, opportunities, mergers, and ideas.
Help drive go-to-market (GTM) strategies and adoption of key solutions by creating solution collateral and working with sales and marketing teams.
Work with business and functional leadership to understand new growth concepts and recommendations.
Structure and execute research and data gathering to support opportunity analysis and due diligence.
Work with leadership to rationalize business objectives and determine new business or program priorities.
Translate program objectives into integrated project plans, schedules, and budgets.
Define and track project milestones, develop and report on project status, challenges, risks, and delivery.
Communicate objectives, priorities, and updates to stakeholders and provide ongoing status updates.
Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

BA/BS degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
Basic knowledge of graphic design tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Enthusiasm for learning and professional growth.

Qualifications

Experience or education in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
