About the Role

TapClicks, the leading unified marketing operations platform for agencies, media companies, and brands, is looking for a bold, creative, data-obsessed Growth Hacker to engineer the next phase of our SaaS rocketship. We've built the engine—now we need you to pour on the fuel.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and execute high-velocity growth experiments across acquisition, activation, retention, and revenue
Identify and scale untapped channels—from paid and outbound to SEO, partnerships, and PLG
Build growth loops and conversion funnels that accelerate every stage of the customer journey
Partner cross-functionally with sales, product, and revops to align strategy and amplify impact
Own growth metrics and continuously optimize for performance through rapid testing
Spot trends, analyze results, pivot quickly, and double down when you find a winner

Requirements

3+ years in growth, demand gen, or performance marketing at a high-growth SaaS company
Deep understanding of SaaS KPIs like CAC, LTV, activation rate, and churn
Mastery of growth tools (HubSpot, GA4, Webflow, Mixpanel, LinkedIn Ads, Zapier, etc.)
A/B testing pro with a bias for action—you don’t wait for permission to test bold ideas
Creative thinker and clear communicator—you can sell the vision and ship the work

Nice to Have

Helped scale a SaaS company from $20M to $100M+
Have launched successful viral campaigns or Product Hunt hits
Understand both product-led and sales-led growth mechanics
Have a side hustle or blog because you just can’t stop building and optimizing things
