About the Role

The Head of Analytics and Measurement Platforms, GTM at Google is responsible for leading a team to drive the sales, go-to-market, and commercialization strategy for Google Analytics and related measurement products. The role involves working closely with global product teams, regional partners, and executive leadership to shape product strategy, understand customer needs, and influence the future of measurement solutions that enable cross-media investment measurement and AI-powered insights.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a team of managers and individual contributors, providing coaching and performance management.
  • Develop and execute go-to-market strategies for rapidly changing products and global teams.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and product management leads to set goals and strategies for the business.
  • Represent products and business in negotiations and resolve issues or roadblocks.
  • Present measurement context in VP-level conversations and large executive forums.
  • Work closely with regional partners to understand specific customer needs and align global strategies.
  • Sit on the Measurement, Audience and Data Leadership team to shape global product strategy.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 13 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 8 years with an advanced degree.
  • 5 years of experience working with executive stakeholders.
  • Experience managing a team in a dynamic, changing environment.
  • Experience with Google Analytics (preferred).
  • Knowledge of measurement advertising products and platform offerings (preferred).
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams including Sales, Product, Marketing, and Operations.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Qualifications
