The Head of Commercial Development for Prologis Mobility & OnDemand will lead strategic and commercial initiatives in the mobility infrastructure space, focusing on large-scale projects such as charging hubs and build-to-suit developments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic and commercial leadership for the OnDemand business line, shaping new business models and go-to-market approaches in collaboration with internal and external partners.
  • Own and drive Prologis Mobility's offsite charging hub strategy, working closely with stakeholders to define the company's investment posture and ensure commercial viability through close alignment with the sales team.
  • Lead BTS project development by sourcing and evaluating real estate, defining project scope, and pricing solutions that meet customer and internal requirements.
  • Support expansion into adjacent markets such as light-duty ride-hailing or non-logistics fleets to identify new infrastructure and BTS opportunities.
  • Partner with the Prologis Mobility Engineering team to evaluate and deploy emerging technologies in customer-facing infrastructure projects.
  • Lead the development and internal alignment of Investment Committee memos related to hub and BTS projects, ensuring comprehensive articulation of financial, technical, and strategic considerations.
  • Represent Prologis externally at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings to promote EV and mobility infrastructure solutions and strengthen market leadership.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 15+ years of experience in commercial project development within renewable energy, electric vehicle charging, or related infrastructure fields.
  • Experience leading organizational capital budgeting decisions, including financial modeling and understanding of major commercial levers.
  • Proven track record of managing and closing large-scale, complex commercial deals.
  • Exceptional leadership abilities with experience managing and developing small, high-performing teams.
  • Strong interpersonal, financial, and business acumen.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless sales process.

Nice to Have

  • Master's degree in business or related field.
  • Experience in the EV charging market.
  • Experience with utilities and/or various power generation technologies.

Qualifications

  • Educational background includes a bachelor's degree; a master's degree is preferred.
