Meta is seeking an experienced sales and marketing leader for the Industry Manager, Health role based in New York. The position involves managing established and emerging business categories, working cross-functionally to develop scalable solutions for clients and teams, and selling Meta's platform solutions to larger advertisers. Key Responsibilities

Own and be accountable for quarterly and yearly revenue goals, pipeline management and growth goals across a diversified book of business
Build, train and maintain a high performing team
Act as player/coach by driving long term opportunity and coaching team through short and long-term challenges
Work cross-functionally with In-Market teams, Global Regions, Business Operations, Platform, Measurement/Metrics, and Product Marketing to optimize client efforts
Consult with Product Marketing to help shape product development in support of client needs
Guide the creation of persuasive presentations and stories that demonstrate the value of Meta to clients for both B2C and B2B marketing
Identify winning strategies and scale the insights throughout the vertical
Increase the effectiveness of the team by recognizing opportunities for new approaches
Develop and implement best practices for client interaction, sales and services for Meta, including a good understanding of working with advertisers and agencies

Requirements

10+ years of experience with digital media
12+ years of experience with sales or marketing
4+ years of experience as a manager
Experience building Direct Response and Brand advertising campaigns
Demonstrated experience using data to craft strategy
Experience driving revenue growth with emerging opportunities and established partnerships
Knowledge of the advertising technology and data/performance measurement trends
Communication and presentation experience with an emphasis on translating insights, product information, and data into client value
Experience building relationships with top marketing decision makers at brands and agencies
Knowledge of the media landscape and being a thought leader in the field

Nice to Have

Understanding of MMM / MTA / Sales and Conversion Lift and a POV on the evolution of measurement for modern marketing
Knowledge of signal, value and performance marketing as well as brand
Understanding of the health and pharmaceutical industry
Demonstrated people leader experience coaching, guiding, challenging and empowering top performers

Qualifications

Experience building Direct Response and Brand advertising campaigns
Experience using data to craft strategy
Experience driving revenue growth with emerging opportunities and established partnerships

Benefits & Perks

Individual compensation is determined by skills, qualifications, experience, and location
Base salary ranges from $177,000/year to $247,000/year
Bonus, equity, and benefits are also offered
Meta offers benefits in addition to base compensation
