About the Role

The Inside Client Partner, Senior at Infor is responsible for prospecting and selling Infor Professional Services within an assigned territory. The role focuses on building ongoing profitable business relationships, managing sales pipelines, and achieving revenue goals through a hunter sales approach. This position involves working closely with clients to demonstrate value, develop solutions, and grow customer accounts in a hybrid work environment based in Dallas, Texas.

Key Responsibilities

  • Growing customer and pipeline within assigned customer accounts.
  • Selling Infor's services by partnering with customers, demonstrating value, and delivering business outcomes.
  • Managing, developing, and owning customer satisfaction for existing clients.
  • Owning and managing the sales cycle and providing accurate and timely revenue forecasting.
  • Devising and executing territory sales strategies and demand generation activities.
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with internal partners and clients to identify, prioritize, and resolve challenges or concerns.

Requirements

  • Experience in enterprise software professional services or IT services with an understanding of ERP environments.
  • Successful track record selling and/or delivering services in the Manufacturing Sector while developing senior-level business relationships.
  • Experience in solution sales environment, managing complex accounts.
  • Experience managing account relationships and securing new business.
  • Experience selling the value of complex solution sales in technical terms.
  • Understanding sales barriers and overcoming initial technology and contractual hurdles to close business.
  • Managing multiple concurrent sales cycles while collaborating with field sales teams.

  • Experience exceeding sizable quotas consistently.
