Integrated Air Missile Defense Research Analyst

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Write reports and Executive Summaries (EXSUM) generally free of grammatical errors.
• Develop Vignettes and Scenarios within Layered Air Defense experiments and assist in the design and execution of experiment components.
• Conduct research across the community of practice and inform the team of relevant research applications.
• Assist in developing data collection methodologies, analyzing experiment data qualitatively and quantitatively, and creating analysis, study, and data collection plans for each experiment.
• Attend all experiment planning meetings, reviews, and working groups related to Layered Air Defense experiments.
• Provide simulation and survey data collected during experiments and produce accurate written representations of threat Layered Air Defense and organizations.
• Prepare and present briefings to leadership and stakeholders.
• Provide written evaluations of simulation models, including accuracy assessments and testing standards compliance.
• Deliver insights, findings, and recommendations from experimentation surveys, interviews, and questionnaires.
• Contribute to reports, papers, and briefings with written and electronic input.
• Attend seminars, conferences, and working groups, assisting in planning, coordination, and execution, including submitting after-action reports.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree and zero (0) years or more experience; four (4) years of experience considered in lieu of degree.
• Experience with Air Defense IAMD.
• Ability to perform Systems Analyst principles to resolve complex computer systems issues.
• Experience developing and implementing training objectives focused on current TTPs.
• Ability to interact and communicate effectively with executive-level Army, civilian, and contractor leadership.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with strong presentation skills and capability to brief audiences of varying technical knowledge.
• Must have a full Secret Clearance; US Citizenship required.
