The role of Integrated Campaigns Strategist in Asset Management Marketing involves partnering in the development and execution of global omni-channel marketing campaigns to drive business objectives, ensuring cohesive messaging across platforms, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize campaign performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute revenue-focused, multi-channel campaign strategies designed to drive MQL to SQL pipeline, engaging targeted client-segment personas at each stage of the funnel.
  • Aid in the development of clear, strategic campaign briefs that align to client-segment and product strategy goals, articulating focused, competitive messaging strategies with clear KPIs.
  • Participate in cross-functional workstreams for dedicated campaigns, ensuring timely, transparent communication, strong alignment, and effective project management to achieve campaign milestones.
  • Work closely with marketing functions such as product, client, content, digital, events, performance, and public relations to ensure a cohesive approach to campaigns.
  • Collaborate with sales and client marketing teams to refine messaging and provide campaign-aligned content for prospect engagement.
  • Partner with product marketing to develop launch campaigns that articulate product and feature benefits with clear value propositions.
  • Coordinate with content marketing to ensure messaging, strategy, and packaging align with campaign goals for brand awareness, consideration, and lead generation.
  • Develop compelling messaging and campaign content that resonates with specific client segments and drives engagement.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and leverage insights to drive innovation and identify growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of Asset Management marketing experience, with a focus on omni-channel campaign management across brand and client-specific campaigns.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful multi-channel campaign strategies that drive KPI growth and pipeline progression.
  • Investment industry, market, and investment solution knowledge.
  • Creative and innovative mindset with strategic creativity in developing content for target client segments.
  • Strong knowledge of demand-focused content strategies across various customer segments.
  • Exceptional project management skills including sequencing, milestone tracking, problem solving, and communication.
  • Experience working with marketing technology tools for campaign execution.
  • Understanding of institutional, wealth, and intermediary client segments and their buy psychology.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including promotional and technical writing.
  • Strong commercial mindset, intellectual curiosity, and self-motivation.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
  • Understanding of US and international regulatory requirements is preferred.
