About the Role

This position requires office presence of a minimum of 5 days per week and is only located in the location(s) posted. No relocation is offered. We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Lead Digital Customer Growth Manager to elevate our Upper Funnel Engagement Strategy. This role is pivotal in enhancing customer experiences by optimizing key digital touchpoints and refining end-to-end customer journeys. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of strategic insight, analytical rigor, and cross-functional leadership to drive measurable improvements in engagement and conversion. Responsibilities include conducting in-depth customer journey analyses, managing high-impact content, and continuously monitoring page performance to inform data-driven enhancements. This position plays a critical role in aligning digital initiatives with broader business objectives to accelerate growth and deliver exceptional customer value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategies to optimize key web pages and drive upper-funnel engagement.
  • Partner with Digital Product, SEO, Sales, and Product teams to align on growth initiatives.
  • Analyze customer behavior and feedback to enhance digital journeys.
  • Lead A/B and multivariate testing to validate and refine page performance.
  • Support creation of SEO-optimized content that aligns with business goals.
  • Track and report performance metrics, delivering actionable insights.
  • Present progress and recommendations to stakeholders and senior leadership.

Requirements

  • Experience in digital merchandising, ecommerce, or digital growth strategy.
  • Proficiency in analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics) and data interpretation.
  • Strategic mindset with strong execution and problem-solving skills.
  • Knowledge of SEO, A/B testing, and content management best practices.
  • Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.
