The role involves leading market development initiatives for Device Returns, including strategic planning, partnership management, market analysis, and product lifecycle management, with a focus on delivering a high-quality customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive short and long-term strategies to drive market growth, penetration, and achieve business objectives, including initiatives for new and existing products, services, and verticals.
  • Lead the design, implementation, and analysis of strategic initiatives and programs, including launch and communication plans at the national and market levels, ensuring alignment with market and business needs.
  • Establish, nurture, and manage strategic partnerships and alliances, negotiating engagement terms to enhance market presence, drive revenue, and support mutual goals.
  • Conduct thorough market research and provide detailed data analytics to inform strategic decision-making, optimize market strategies, and improve program effectiveness.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, operations, and technical teams to drive results and innovation.
  • Develop a multi-year Device Returns product and systems roadmap, ideate and define product strategic opportunities and enhancements, and work with Finance and Analytics teams to develop business cases and models.
  • Define and develop technical and product requirements and use cases for solutions and customer experiences with vendors and internal teams.
  • Lead the launch of product and system implementations, including validation testing and post-production testing, ensuring high-quality customer experiences.
  • Manage the lifecycle of the Device Returns product, including identifying new product and service enhancements, conducting competitive analysis, and exploring customer experience opportunities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree (BS/BA) desired.
  • 5+ years of related experience.
  • Certification is required in some areas.
  • Experience in strategic planning, market research, and program management.
  • Ability to develop and execute long-term strategies for market growth.
  • Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional teams including Tech Dev, IT, Network, Supply Chain, Sales, and Customer Experience.
  • Proficiency in developing business cases, models, and technical requirements.
  • Recognized as an experienced professional capable of resolving complex issues and influencing executive decisions.

Nice to Have

  • Experience in device return systems or related product lifecycle management.
  • Knowledge of telecommunications industry and market trends.
  • Experience working with vendors and internal technical teams.
